Elka Rhapsody 610 for sale, Austria

First produced in 1972 - my synth has lost it's serial number plate, so I have no number, but it still sounds superb. Everything works as it should apart from the 2 switches at the bottom left that don't seem to do anything..the other ones turn sustain on and off per voice. Probably loose wires.
The slider pots will need cleaning - as you can prob tell from the scratchy sound. An easy job to do.
Not in the best cosmetic shape - a few paint chips, scuffs and scratches - but not bad considering it's approx 50 years old.



The ELKA Rhapsody 610 was used in works by artists of the Berlin School such as Klaus Schulze or Christopher Franke ( Tangerine Dream ). Other prominent users of the Rhapsody include Jean Michel Jarre , Vangelis , Supertramp , Billy Currie ( Ultravox ), and Radio Massacre International .
