It is easy to convert your b48 from overlock to coverstitch/chainstitch. In this video tutorial, we show you step by step how to do it. First, deactivate the upper looper and lower the upper knife. Now remove the knife cover and insert the coverstitch cover. Set the roll hem lever to position "R", change the needles in coverstitch positions and thread the machine. You can now start coverstitching or chainstitching. This video also shows you how to convert your machine back from coverstitch/chainstitch to overlock stitches.
