Ingredients/ Bahan-Bahan:
1 kg Chicken/ Ayam
7 cashew nut/ kacang gajus
5 tbsp grated coconut/ kelapa parut
1tsp fennel seeds/ Jintan manis
8 almond nut/ kacang badam
1 tbsp poppy seed/ serbuk kas kas
1 carrots / lobak merah
1 potato/ ubi kentang
1 red chilli/ cili merah
1 green chilli/ cili hijau
1 tomato
2 birds eye chilli/ cili api
2 Bay leaf/ daun sulam
1 cinnamon/ kayu manis
4 Cardamom/ buah pelaga
2 Star anise/ bunga lawang
5 Clove/ bunga cengkih
2 onion/ bawang
1 curry leaves/ daun kari
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste/ pes bawang putih dan halia
5 tbsp Kurma powder/ serbuk Kurma
100ml coconut milk/ santan
1 tbsp Ghee/ minyak sapi
2 tbsp curd/ yoghurt/ susu masam
2 cup water / air
Salt to taste/ garam secukup rasa
Some coriander leaves/ sedikit daun ketumbar
