Hey everyone! Today will be going through a full day of eating for my 3.5 year old vegan child! :) Please note that this is a realistic day of eating and in no way what I'm saying is "the way to do it". Kids don't eat perfectly each day, their appetites can vary drastically and I am not about "making my kids eat something", as that encourages an unhealthy relationship with food.
