This early 1900s buidling, brimming with Texas charm, has quite the history! 🏡 Before it became office space, it wore many hats: a dental office, a feed store, a blend of business and home, and even a speakeasy during the prohibition era! 🍸🍾

When Lanny Wilkinson took it over years ago, he had a hunch about a ghostly presence. Over time, he chatted with previous occupants, and their stories confirmed his suspicions. 👻 Around midnight, on numerous nights, those inside would hear phantom footsteps and creaking doors. The ghost would usually vanish but occasionally stuck around, making more noise as the night went on. 🌙 The eerie part? You could literally tell the ghost to let you rest, and it would calm down or even leave. Talk about polite spirits! 👻🤫

The ghost was such a big deal that Lanny added a “ghost clause” when leasing the space, ensuring tenants knew about the ghostly guest. One skeptic turned believer after a few nights! 😱 They even attempted an exorcism at one point, but it didn’t do the trick. 🙅‍♂️
