While in Chiang Rai, Thailand, we stayed at a fully off-the-grid, organic farm for 48 hours. By day, we were making salted duck eggs, naturally dyeing textiles, infusing wild honey with dried blossoms, and baking colorful cookies. And, by night, we were gazing up at the open sky, where stars near and far sparkled bright above our rooftop string lights. This organic farm was designed to work in harmony with the land, and it showed us the endless possibilities of a fully-sustainable way of life.
