HOW TO MAKE SHEER KHURMA AT HOME IN SIMPLE WAY! QUARANTINE | YOU WON'T BELIEVE | SHEER KHURMA RECIPE

Sheer khurma is a festival vermicelli pudding prepared by Muslims on Eid ul-Fitr and Eid al-Adha in Afghanistan, Indian subcontinent and parts of Central Asia. This dish is made from various dry fruits, vermicelli, thickened milk, sugar etc. Depending on the region, cardamom, pistachios, almonds, cloves, saffron, raisins, and rose water are also added.

This special dish is served on the morning of Eid day in the family after the Eid prayer as breakfast, and throughout the day to all the visiting guests. It is very popular throughout the Indian subcontinent and Central Asia.

In This video I have showed how easy it is to make Sheer Khurma. Below are the ingredients we used during the cooking process

1. Almonds - 15 Pieces
2. Cashew - 10 Pieces
3. Raisin - 15 Pieces
4. Ghee - 3 spoons
5. Vermicelli - 100 Grams
6. Milk Maid - 10 Spoons
7. Charoli - 10 Grams
8. Musk Melon Seed - 10 Grams
9. Milk - 1 Liter
10. Dates - 5 ( For Presentation)
11. Pistachio - 10 Pieces
12. Sugar - 100 Grams
