Easy fruit Cake/Bakery style fruit cake/gawa's kitchen/Southafricanyoutuber/Repost

Ingredients
250g butter
1/4 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon Almond essence
or could omit Almond essence and add 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups Cake flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups safari Cake mix
1/4 cup milk
chopped pecans/optional
sprinkle on top before baking if using
I left it out.

preheat oven to 180 degrees
bake for 30 minutes
reduce heat to 160 degrees and bake for further 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
remember all ovens vary in heat
enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea with some butter or on its own its delicious 😋
