I'm not beefing Property Trainers, or Business Educators, or whatever you want to call them. I'm comparing Education and Mentoring in Property Development/Investment in 2021, as they are distinctly different, and you need to know what you want, if any.

I get a lot of DMs about Mentoring, when really people need Educating. People don't like being told that though, they think they know enough to just have a mentor, but it won't benefit them in their progress or their wallet. I hope this helps clarify for you, what you may be looking for.
