A 1-turn C14 clear with all DLC emblems. It's worth noting that Hortensia seems to be programmed to never move in the first enemy phase, even after she loses her first life. This is helpful because under the same circumstances, she would move and goddess dance starting Turn 2.

Given this clear, one may wonder whether 1-turn C14 is possible with just Edelgard but no other DLC emblems. Like in the video, we need to kill the first hp bar of the hounds and kill two hp bars of Hortensia in player phase. Achieving these without Soren's 10-range Bolting is challenging in terms of movement, and it doesn't help that we only have two flying B staffers Ivy and Pandreo, and only one pair of boots from the DLC to increase movement. In fact, I can formally prove 1-turn is impossible with just Edelgard, modulo 2-tile rescue boosts that are more difficult to imagine.

The proof is rather complex (and thus omitted here) because as it turns out, our units are just short by one or two tiles under some movement plans. So unfortunately, it may take a while for me to generalize the argument and rule out 2-tile rescue boosts as well. That said, even if a subtle rescue boost enables our units to reach all the bosses, the combat reliability may be terrible in order to crit kill the bosses (likely at 3 range) and keep everyone alive in enemy phase. But please do let me know if you figure this out.
