✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:

Roasted Gram(भुना चना) - 1/2 Cup
Peanut(मूंगफली) - 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour(चावल का आटा) - 2 Cup
Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1/2 Cup
Semolina(सूजी/रवा) - 1/4 Bowl
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Spoon
White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - 2 Spoon
Oil(तेल) - 4 Spoon
Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) - Some
Hot Water(गर्म पानी) - 1/2 Cup
Oil (तेल) - For Frying

RECIPE:
Take Roasted Gram, Peanut Put them in a mixer jar and grind them. Take a big plate or steel Parat, put Roasted Gram, Peanut mixer Powder, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Semolina, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Oil, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves Mix it well & bind the dough by adding warm water gradually Then If required, add some more water & knead well. Then cover it, and keep it aside for 5 Minutes. then place the dough ball on the polythene, and apply some oil on the dough balls. Then cover it with another polythene, press it with the plain surface bowl, and make it thin. Remove the polythene from it, fry the Mathri in medium heated oil, and make it crispy. Crispy & Healthy Mathri will get ready to serve.
