Super Easy & Delicious! Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes Recipe for Breakfast!

Hello Everyone!

Today we have something very easy to make and delicious for breakfast! We got scramble eggs with sautéed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Also the hint of oregano takes it to a whole new level. Scrambled eggs with cheese would taste amazing with this recipe too. You can also make a delicious scrambled egg sandwich for breakfast. Hope you all enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients:
50g Onion
50g Cremini Mushrooms
30g Cherry Tomatoes
1tsp Oregano
3 Large Eggs
20ml Cream
1tsp Parsley
3tsp Olive Oil

1. Dice around half an onion. Slice up the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
2. On Med-low heat, add a bit of oil, fry up the cherry tomatoes. Once it looks a bit soft, add in your chopped mushrooms and diced onions. Keep stirring the pot to prevent burning.
3. When onions look a bit brown, add oregano, salt and pepper. Keep stirring the pot. When the tomatoes, mushrooms and onions are cooked, turn off the heat.
4. Crack and whisk 3 large eggs in a bowl. Pour it in another pan on medium heat. Slowly and gently stir the egg mixture, don't over stir or else you will break the egg. Let it sit for a few seconds each time your stir to cook up the bottom, and stir again. Repeat until the egg is no longer liquid. Stop stirring once all the liquid is gone and the egg is still moist. Place your fried egg on a plate.
5. Top your friend egg with the tomatoes, onion and mushroom mixture. Sprinkle a bit of parsley on top for garnish.
