Tibbe Lock Defeated With Two Tools (433)

So got a Tibbe Lock to play with. And I see these all the time on older Ford's here in Australia. New fords are using slider keys but the old tibbe is still very common as lots of people still drive the older models.
Today we play with two tools that can be used to pick them. Nice bit of quick fun.
