We have watched his videos before on the channel, previously looking at his cringe morning routine videos and you guys wanted more 😏. Jose is not a bad person and i'm not completely trashing him in this video, i just think he titled his video wrong and actually the advice given is very good if you are a procrastinator but not so good if you are depressed.
