The fact is that you can revive many of these Cordless Tool batteries – but not all. Discuss low voltage issues and how this can happen – I stored my batteries in the garage and they often went through long periods of non-use – and periods of hot and cold. All the manufacturers are conservative to make chargers to refuse to charge batteries with to low a charge on them. They'd rather you spent the money to buy new ones.
