The UiPath Agent retrieves eligible U.S. customers directly from SAP using the Get Business Partners activity.
It then queries SAP for available products linked to those customers via the Get Products activity.
With just a quick HTTP request, the agent automatically creates sales orders through BAPI or OData services.
As each order is confirmed, the agent immediately pushes the order number to a designated Orchestrator queue — capturing data instantaneously.
A live refresh in UiPath Orchestrator displays rising queue counters (orders 127, 128, 129...) proving the system’s responsiveness and speed.

Step 1: Generate Sales Orders — retrieve customers, get products, issue orders.
Step 2: Queue the Results — as each sales order is confirmed, its ID is instantly added to a centralized queue.
Step 3: Consume the Queue — a second automation picks up new items, logs into SAP, and extracts full line-item details (material codes, quantities, prices, delivery dates) into a consolidated data table.
Step 4: Validate & Track — a third workflow selectively picks an order from the queue for validation, performs updates, and marks the transaction status appropriately.
Step 5: Real-time Tracking — Orchestrator updates reflect the progress instantly, offering granular visibility across bulk processing and exceptions alike.
