As we start September it looks like I have managed to gain a few kilos after the summer holidays. One of the reasons I, and many others are over weight, can boil down to endorphins; the feel good chemicals the brain releases when you do something that makes you feel good.

The good news is that not things have returned to some kind of routine, I can start working on losing those extra pounds.
