In order to unlock the Sewer Kids achievement, you must find all of the lost kids in the sewer and send them back to their teacher. I want to note that I did this on save data that I had already completed the sewer on from BEFORE 2.0 launched, so it is possible to get this achievement if you have data from before 2.0. Just head back to the sewers and the new interactions/NPCs will be there. If you haven't been to the sewers yet, you will have to play through the game until you gain access. Also, you will have to do the levers and such to proceed through the sewers like you see in the video, so just play through the area until you have fully opened it up.
From Sam's apartment, head to the sewers on the bottom floor, B1. Once you are in B1, head south and go through the next two doors to get to the sewer. Head through the door to the southeast and follow the path until you come to the first split that goes north and south. Head north, head west in the next room, and then head north twice. You will meet a giant spider named David and a conversation will start with him.
David will let you know that he is a teacher and that his kids have gone missing in the sewers. He will ask you to look for them, so choose "How do I recognize them?" David will now tell you about each child and what their name is. Pay attention to this! You will be asked by the children to tell them their name before they will return to David, so make sure you remember what their names are.
Once you are done talking, leave the room by going south twice and then east once. In the northeast corner of the room, you will see a blue centipede creature. Go and talk to it to learn that this is Zachary. Zachary will ask if you have seen his dog, Roxie. When given options to choose from, choose "How do I show her I'm a friend?" Zachary will give you a Chew Toy. Once you have it, wrap up the convo.
Head south twice and then jump down the waterfall. Head west twice and you will see a purple and pink fly creature. Talk to it. You can talk to the kid if you want, put make sure to choose "David is worried." Once you do, the kid will accuse you of trying to trick her. When she asks you what her name is, respond "You're Alice, right?" Alice will then go back to David.
When you are able to move again, jump down the waterfall to the west and then head south. Follow this linear path all the way to the end and interact with the weird bug by the tables. This is Roxie, so choose "Show the chew toy." Roxie will now follow you. Head back to where you jumped down the last waterfall from, but this time, exit the screen to the west.
Head north in the huge room, and in the next area, go into the second doorway on the right. Follow this path to see two creatures by each other. Talk to them and choose "David is worried." When you get the option to say their names, choose "You're Thomas and Coralie?" This will cause them to go back to David. Exit the door you came in from to the south, go west two screens, and in the next room, walk into the wall where it looks like a dead end. This will lead you to another room, and from here, head east to get back to the huge room.
Head to the south passage this time. Head west one room, and you will be in a room with two doorways on the south wall. Head through the doorway closest to you, and in this room, talk to the green creature and human. Tell them "David is worried." After a little dialog, you will get the option to choose two names. Choose "You're Victor and Florence?" and they will leave to go back to David.
Head north back through the door you came through to get here and then head to the west, going back the other southern doorway. Go north one screen and then into the doorway on the western wall. Follow this linear path and then talk to the two creatures (one purple and one green) when you see them. Choose "David is worried" and when asked for the child's name, choose "You're Tristan, right?" Both of the kids will go back to David.
Take the path that goes east just past them, jump down the waterfall, and head through the door to the north. Go east a screen and then head south. Head east two screens (passing the two doorways on the south wall) and then north one room to get back to the huge room is. Head west two rooms and then talk to the creature that is drawing. Choose "What are you drawing?" and then choose "What about that spider?" Now choose "David is worried about you" and when you have to choose a name, pick "You're Oliver, right?" Oliver will return to David.
Now, make your way back to Zachary by jumping down the waterfall to the west and then go north, north, east, east, east, south, east, east and then north. Talk to Zachary, and since you have Roxie, he will return to David. Head west, north and then north. Go talk to David, and the achievement will unlock!
