This is naan roti or sheermaal from Hyderabadi cuisine, is the best accompaniment with mutton marag. You can break the roti into small pieces and dip in the soup and can have it with any chicken, mutton curry or a vegetarian dish. I also enjoy it with steaming hot tea for breakfast. It's a simple recipe and if the yeast is properly activated the dough rises well. You can make it thicker than what I showed you it will be soft, it's up to you. I like it slightly on the crispy side specially with marag. You can store this for a couple of days if it lasts. Kids like to dip in the soup. Make and enjoy!
