LOGLINE:
Three refugees who received international protection in
Luxembourg are journalists. In LUXEMBOURG IN THE TRACK OF
HISTORY they research and interview key Luxembourgers in
order to depict the history of the Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg. They learn that this unique country is a
multicultural multilingual place where values such as
family solidarity and internationalism are valued.

SYNOPSIS:
In the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, three young refugees who
have received international protection in Luxembourg decide
to research and depict the history of Luxembourg:
development, technology, economy, national unity, history
of the royal family, population, culture, transport,
political system. In the first scene one of the journalists
appears in front of the central station of Luxembourg where
he introduces and explains briefly a country which is
called the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. He and the other
journalists visit many places to discover the existence of
the country what is behind the history of Luxembourg? Why
is this north European country so small? Firstly they visit
the tourist office where a guide illustrates the important
place of the country and creation of the country since
Roman times. Then they meet many leading people of the
country such as: 1. The Grand Duke Henri, 2. The prime
minister Mr. Bettel, 3. The Minister for culture Mrs.
Tanson, 4. The minister of foreign and European affairs Mr.
Asselborn. 5. The minister of the Economy Mr. Schneider 6.
The minister of Defense and minister of Internal security
Mr. Bausch, 7. The minister for family affairs and
integration Mrs. Cahen, 8. The minister for small and
Medium-sized Enterprises Mr. Delles... Finally they reveal
on Adolphe Bridge and the valley of Luxembourg for a few
moments. After all the interviews and research, experiences
and achievements we learn that this unique country is a
multicultural multilingual place where values such as
family solidarity and internationalism are valued.
