OIL TANK LEVEL

This innovation presents the design, development and implementation of a diesel level monitoring and control system applied to a generator and pump system for teaching and learning applications. The system uses IoT to signal the diesel oil level in the tank to replace the traditional manual method. A digital display and light signals will be displayed based on the diesel level, green light at levels above 80%, yellow at levels below 50% and red at levels below 20%. The system is supported by visual indicators and alarm mechanisms, allowing operators to take timely action when critical thresholds are reached. The successful implementation of this project demonstrates the potential of diesel monitoring systems to help supervisors easily and efficiently perform diesel level checks in workshops and help the teaching and learning process run smoothly.
