Now, let’s look at the alternative working out after Iftar, when you’ve already eaten and your fast has ended.
This is a common time for many to hit the gym or go for a run, but there are both advantages and disadvantages
to exercising after a long day of fasting.

Pros of Working Out After Iftar:
1- Improved Energy and Strength: After breaking your fast, your body is replenished with food and water, which provides much-needed energy for more intense workouts. You may notice an improvement in your strength and stamina during your exercise session, especially if you’ve had a balanced meal with protein, carbs, and fats.
