This is the video walk through for the A.CRE Pro Forma for Multifamily Renovation. This model is meant for acquisition opportunities that are value add.

The pro forma allows for a lot of nuance through renovating / repositioning of an asset and provides great functionality to get into details as the video will demonstrate. One of the main features that I like about this model is that it gives you the ability to renovate up to 100 units and work on each unit independently. So, if you want to phase in the projects over the years of the investment period, you can do so.
