Happy anniversary to us and our amazing community!

Now we’ve reached our first birthday, we can take the time to reflect on our growth, the milestones and achievements along the way

We started with a concept, telling the community our vision and released the first iteration of our cards with pixel designs and an idea the whole community got behind.

From there we developed the first stages of the Shiryo dApp, and we onboarded our Lead Game Dev to start bringing traction to our games development. We went on to give the community the ability to mint card packs along with staking and unveiled the Avatar collection with great reception from the community.

We promoted heavily across all social media platforms, we had celebrities involved in our promotions and we were listed across several exchanges as our brand gained heavy traction, since inception we gained over 40,000 holders.

We transformed our card collection by hiring a large team of brilliant artists, remastering our cards to full in-depth illustrations and revealing them one by one to our community. We then showcased how these cards would look in action on one of our earlier board designs with our first exciting game trailer.

This game trailer would go on to be showcased at the Dubai Crypto Expo, where our team flew out, interacting with crypto enthusiasts and being one of the few brands to speak at the event. There we were awarded for the best upcoming crypto game of 2021.

We worked on expanding the Shiryo ecosystem, first releasing our own swap with Shiryoswap. This was soon followed by unveiling our own Matic bridge to save fees for our community on opening card packs, and future promises of both Matic + Ethereum cards to be integrated into the same deck.

The Shiryo Dao was released for our community's future inputs on balancing our game, following up with the long-anticipated Lamborghini giveaway where a lucky community member chose the cash prize of $150,000 USDC.

We went on to reveal our Shiryo Manga, finally bringing Shiryos story to life with bold illustrations for more content as we await the release of our game. Finally bringing us to today where Shiryo Studios is being worked on to increase our game's rate of development - and many ideas are being fleshed out for the next chapters of Shiryos journey.

In celebration of Shiryo's anniversary today, we present to our community a trailer of our new card developments to come as we prepare to upgrade our entire collection. Enhanced textures, improved colours, vibrancy and overall detail as we put our designs into a league of their own amongst TCG’s.

We’ll also be releasing the first 5 pages of Chapter 2 of our manga ahead of schedule, we’ll be uploading those to our website today so keep your eyes out for our stories next developments.

We’re very grateful for our community's support from the beginning to now, we will continue to develop throughout the bear market and we’re confident about our future. We should have new updates to present to our community very soon, as our lead game dev Rick is meeting with the Shiryo lead dev and CEO Jordan Fung to provide fresh updates, followed by a core team meeting Wednesday for alignment on Shiryo’s next chapter.
