Pada kesempatan kali ini saya ingin berbagi resep belut goreng sambal goreng yang bikin nagih bikin nambah nasi terus ::D. untuk resepnya sebagai berikut ya moms
Bahan Marinasi Belut :
1. Belut
2. Kunyit 2 ruas
3. Lada putih 1/2 sdm
4. Kaldu bubuk 1 st
5. Ketumbar 1 sdm
6. Garam 1 sdm
Bahan Sambal koreknya
1. bawang putih 4 siung
2. bawang merah 2 siung
3. cabai rawit hijau 20 biji
4. cabai keriting 3 biji
5. Kaldu bubuk 1/2 st
6. Gula 1/st
7. Garam 1 st
Langkah langkah sebagai berikut :
1. Pertama uleq semua bumbu untuk marinasi kemudian campurkan dengan belutnya dan diamkan 15 menit agar bubum meresap.
2. goreng belut dengan api sedang dan sampai kering ya moms, jangan lupa ditutup wajannya karena belut meledak ledak kalau digoreng
3. kemudian uleq semua bumbu untuk sambal koreknya dan siram dengan minyak panas ya moms
4. tiriskan belut yang sudah digoreng dan kemudian dipenyet dengan sambal goreng
