BOAT SWITCH PANEL - Understanding & Modifying

The switch panels and wiring harnesses from Pontoon Stuff make our life a lot easier when it comes to installing new electrical on projects. This is one modification that I make to each and every switch panel that I work on to provide power to the USB and 12V charger only when I want it there. That means I move the power supply to those chargers to a switch on the panel so that the chargers will only work when the switch is in the ON position. At the same time, hopefully this video helps you understand how a switch panel works and might relate to your boat or switch panel even if it's not from Pontoon Stuff.
