Heading to SLC Utah to spend 2 weeks with my coach and some of my Brute Strength teammates to prep for Regionals. Lots of fitness and personalities under 1 roof. Little different than past years, usually its just me and my coach. This year I have a bigger team and all of us with one goal in mind. Perform to our best ability and hopefully punch our ticket to the 2018 Reebok Crossfit Games
