McLaren 720S GT3X (Unrestricted GT3) Testing at Monza Circuit with & without the first chicane!

In the last days McLaren was in Monza for a private 2-days test session with a curious sounding 720S GT3. The car seemed also really really fast and powerful as soon as it came out from the pit lane. Compared to an actual 720S GT3 the sound was quite different, considering in GT3-trim it should sound pretty similar to a 650S GT3 or even the P1 GTR, with the V8 having some kind of deep growl (for example:    • McLaren 720S GT3 Sound, Accelerations...  .
In this video you can hear a different pitch that is quite the same as on the street-legal car but a lot louder, with a very noticeable whiff/whistle coming from the turbo's wastegates (probably) under accceleration. Even upshifts sound different compared to a normal 720S GT3.

UPDATE March 2020: I bumped into a Twitter post from McLaren Philadelphia talking about the possibility to order and unrestricted 720S GT3 for private owners named 720S GT3X ( https://twitter.com/mclarenphl/status... ). After discovering this name I tried to search for something more and I found some pictures of a black 720S with the same name on it. It was spotted testing at Circuit Paul Ricard a couple of days ago: https://www.curbstone.net/en/gallerie...
Could it be the same car? Chances are high at this point

UPDATE March 2021: McLaren officially unveiled the 720S GT3X, a derestricted 720S GT3 which can boast of having the race-prepared version of the M840T 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine at full power. It also features upgrades and enhancements to provide a significant increase in power over the 720S GT3 and also a push-to-pass system able to deliver an additional 30hp for a total of 740hp (710 without the extra PtP boost). Basically it's the same concept of the Ferrari 488 GT Modificata.
