"Big Blue" our trusty 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Sport was starting to show the ravages of 20 Ontario winters, the salt had taken its toll on our poor truck and it was time to repair it the right way.

So follow along as we swap the box out for a good used one, Hack off the rusty cab corners and rockers, and weld in nice new sheet metal before sending it off to get some filler and paint.

With any luck we'll get another 20 years out of Big Blue now.
