In this class we go over a tasked focus games with a live resistance partners.
we Give the students basic games to play on each round this week the class was mainly focused on Mount top control and isolating Arms away from centre of body mass to be able to start to Attack from mount . we give the bottom player simple task was to bring there feet back into play .
Towards the end of the class we swicth it up by playing a game of passing the Guard & focuing on passing on the outside of the legs working to chest to chest postion .
