I’m so excited to read your comments on this video! As you know Max and I went to Istanbul for the very first time to attend the Inflow Summit with my friends Kasey and Kristina from Los Angeles. Before going on this trip I had felt a new rush of inspiration to try to take these vlogs and travel videos to a new level. I hope you guys really feel like you experienced this with me and my friends. I’ll be reading your comments for the first few hours and responding!

It’s always an incredible experience to discover a new city, eat new foods, and connect with people from a culture I have never experienced. I found out that I had been nominated for an award for Rising Influencer of the Year and I so happy and grateful that I received the award. Because of everyone in this amazing community and all the amazing support we were able to take home the award!

Now that I am back in the United States, I’ve decided to make some really big changes in my life, the focus of this community, and really start focusing on wellness content and health which is my passion! I hope you guys are ready for more “What I Eat In A Day” videos, recipe ideas, and soon a little video with one of my favorite Vegan Wellness creators, Pick Up Limes!

I can’t wait to share a recipe video I made with my favorite Turkish Chef, Refika, where we explore Turkish dishes using one of my favorite vegetables (aka VEGEBLES)!

I’ve never asked you guys before, but if you love this video please share it with your friends and family. I want to start connecting the world and this community has been such a positive place for myself and so many others! I’m going to be in Japan in a few weeks and I think it would be amazing to do a little meet up one afternoon! Maybe the first weekend I am in town.
