You guys have to try this Persian Cucumber Salad W/ Corn And Feta.

This was my attempt to recreate a salad that my hubby and I used to have at one of our favorite restaurants in LA. It's super fresh and crunchy and would make the perfect clean eating side salad to bring to any BBQ's or cookouts you may be headed to this weekend!
