INGREDIENTS:
For the dough
Plain flour 4 cups (500g)
Yeast 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons
Oil 3 tablespoons
Water (warm) 1 cup

For the fillings
Mince meat (lamb ,beef or chicken) 700g
Onion (finely chopped) 1 medium size
Capsicum (finely chopped) 3-4 tablespoons
Chives, Leek or Spring onion (chopped) 3-4 tablespoons
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
Salt to your taste
