Hill District Quarterly Community Meeting - September 5th 2024

Each quarter the Hill CDC hosts a community meeting where residents can receive updates on upcoming events, neighborhood developments, and relevant policy items, in addition to voting on Development Review Panel Projects.

This month had two proposals for residents to learn about and vote on.

Projects Voted on include:
Studio Volcy's Rhythm Square
Communion LLC's Herron + Wylie

Policy updates included progress on the adoption of the Greater Hill District Master Plan, Bedford Dwellings CHOICE, and the Lower Hill.
