My mom FINALLY teaches me how to make her DELICIOUS Bun Bo Hue, and guys, trust me, it is a real treat. This is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes and am so excited for you guys to try it out! Think Pho, but packed with tons more flavor.

BBH Broth
3 lbs Beef Shank
3 lbs Pork Hok
6 lbs Beef Bones
1.5 lb Beef Tendon
4 tbsp Shrimp Sauce (Finely Ground)
5-10 stalks lemongrass
3 cubes rock sugar
2 tsp salt
3 tsp chicken powder
2 tbsp Cot Bun Bo Hue
1 onion
1 tbsp fish sauce/nuoc mam

Pork Saute
3 gloves garlic
2 stalks lemongrass
vegetable oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Kim Tu Thap Gia Vi Bun Bo Hye
1/2 tbsp Cot Bun Bo Hue
1 tbsp fish sauce/nuoc mam
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp msg

Pork Trotter
2 lbs Pork Trotter
1 tsp Kim Tu Thap Gia Vi Bun Bo Hue
5 lemongrass stalks
1 tbsp Cot Bun Bo Hue
2/3 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp sugar

Garnish is a mixture of onion, cilantro, and green onion
