Your legs require a little bit more work and intensity in your workout to build them because they are a large muscle group. With that said, there are still ways you can build muscular legs from home as a man over 60.

You most likely don’t have the amount of equipment at home that you would have at the gym. Since we are working out at home, we are going to use our body weight and dumbbells if you have them. It is so important to work your legs! They may not be the most fun to look at or show off, but having strong legs makes a huge difference in your daily life. As you get older, stronger legs help you get around easier or getting up from sitting down, and having that lower body strength is needed.
