A few days ago, we got new info regarding Natlan characters' release order, confirming further that we won't see a playable Capitano in Natlan. So in this video, let's take a look at the new info and the release order of Natlan characters.

The source of this info is HomDGCat, a pretty reliable person in the community. They shared Natlan characters' IDs in the same order they are supposed to be released, and it seems that the release order aligns with what insiders were talking about.

So, the order of playable characters goes like this: 100 Kachina, 101 Kinich, 102 Mualani, 103 Xilonen, 104 Chasca, 105 Ororon, 106 Mavuika, 107 Citlali, and 110 Iansan.

In version 5.2, we’ll get Chasca and Ororon, while 5.3 will feature Mavuika and Citlali banners. You may notice that Iansan is listed as ID 110, but IDs 108 and 109 are missing.

The likely reason is that the developers simply canceled these characters. Developers have skipped several character IDs in Mondstadt and Liyue, so the same might happen with Natlan characters. However, it’s worth noting that Fontaine characters were all released in order without any skipped IDs.

If Iansan is 110, then she should be released after the 5.3 update, most likely in 5.4. But at the same time, we already have two new characters in 5.4: Madame Ping and a 4-star catalyst user. So, will we have three new characters in 5.4? It’s too early to say for sure.

Also, it’s worth mentioning that this ID list isn't complete, and we’ll likely get at least eight new IDs, as each region tends to introduce more characters.

But who else can you expect to see as a playable character? You might hope for Capitano, but no! Currently, Capitano only has an NPC ID, meaning he doesn't have a playable character ID. It’s been said that he will take off his mask before becoming playable, which is most likely to happen in Snezhnaya.

So, there’s no Capitano release in Natlan, and there won't be any playable Harbingers in Natlan either.

We’ll probably see several playable Harbingers in Snezhnaya, so we'll have to wait until then.
