On Feb 9 2024 Charlie Dog 84 was recording an arrest in his neighborhood and things escalated when Charlie attempted to joke with the officers saying "your pocket fell". Rather than laugh it off three butthurt cops crossed the street to approach him and slammed him to the ground. You may ask yourself, why did they slam him to the ground? Was he resisting arrest? No, he was not even arrested or charged with a crime.
