Do you struggle to make change? And if you do make change, do you struggle to make it last?

My next guest is Uma Naralkar, is a holistic health coach. She helps women create long lasting change by taking small actionable steps. And it’s the same premise and reason why I chose to name this show Microdose your wellness.

After a few instances in her teens where weight was an issue and in her early 20s when she was working at a highly stressful job that demanded all of her time. The job didn’t allow time for exercise, she slacked on her diet, and with that created major hormonal imbalances and struggled with major weight gain and getting pregnant.

She took matters into her own hands to regain control of her health and her life by taking small steps: she started cooking at home more, eating a more Whole Foods/nutrient dense diet, going on walks as her exercise and loved it. Within a short amount of time, she was able to conceive and she became a certified health coach.

She realized she was not alone in her struggles and wanted to share her process with other women.

She created Om with a twist and has coached women both 1:1 and in larger group settings. She is hosting a 10 week challenge started on August 17, and you can sign up on her website or the link in my bio. She believes in the power small steps with the support of community.
