A Film on the Life and Music of Bhimsen Joshi.

Bhimsen Joshi demands a great fan following even today. Though his approach to Music is predictable its not repetitive. The masterpieces in Todi, Puriya, Multani (some of the first ragas he was introduced to) still lingers in one's ears and heart. Malkauns, Darbari, Yaman etc. included. Kalashree yet another marvel.

This film showcases the life of this maestro. His tutelage and development in this field is effectively portrayed.
