🥋 Who Was Hideyuki Ashihara?

Hideyuki Ashihara (1944–1995) was one of the most intelligent and innovative karate masters Japan ever produced. He began his journey in Kyokushin Karate, where he quickly became known not just for strength, but for movement, angles, and timing.

While many fighters focused on blocking and power, Ashihara focused on something smarter:
