So, this is definitely one of our favorites of our three-day These Hands Presents PizzaZoom2020 pizza seminar and COVID-19 fundraiser.  We were very lucky to have caught up with these folks, two of our favorite pizza people on the planet, who agreed to pair up for the sake of this one hour interview...  Pizza prodigy, artisan baker and Jersey City pizzeria owner/operator Dan Richer from Razza Pizzeria Arginianale and Rome--based food and beverage writer, culinary guide and cookbook author at large Katie Parla.
