The S-Bend is one of the more advanced air tricks, but as soon as you’re able to do big Raleys, you should be ready for it💪

Key 🔑 points

⚡️Start inside the cable
⚡️Progressive edge to build up tension
⚡️Strong release to go straight up with arms extended
⚡️Look under your rear armpit to initiate the rotation
⚡️Put your head through your arms until you see the water again
⚡️Pull the handle to your hip
⚡️Bend your knees to absorb the landing
