From purely Hindu, to Hindu/Buddhist to a purely Buddhist (2000 year old) cave temple. Sri Lanka is a marvel of cultural history and identity. It was an eye-opening and informative day and ending it meditating in the ancient cave temple was an experience I can't even articulate in to words.
It's a must, must, MUSTTT visit!... The fresh produce market can be skipped though haha
