Riding the Empire State Trail | Hudson River Valley Rail Trail

Описание к видео Riding the Empire State Trail | Hudson River Valley Rail Trail

In this video, I ride my bike along the Hudson River Valley Rail Trail paved path that follows the former route of the Hudson Valley Railroad. The trail is part of the Empire State Trail, a 750-mile multi-use trail that connects New York City to Canada and Albany to Buffalo. Along the way, I enjoy the scenic views of the river, the mountains, the farms, and the historic sites. I also stopped at some of the towns and attractions that are accessible from the trail, such as Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, New Paltz, and Walkway Over the Hudson to Hopewell Junction where the Hudson River Valley Rail Trail ends. I continued the Empire State Trail all the way to New York City and completed my adventure.
