One of the meals I made for my street interview series was an Italian bolognese with handmade pasta, all from scratch. When my then-roommate tried it, it quickly became his favorite thing I've ever made    • Italian Bolognese  

I'm moving out of my current apartment and will be without a kitchen for a few months. I did the most logical thing possible which is to try to convince my ex-roommate Derek, with handmade pasta bolognese, to let me use his kitchen for my videos in the future.

I used the legendary Marcella Hazan's pasta bolognese recipe with a secret ingredient of my own that makes all the difference to bolognese sauce.
