Hi guys ! Welcome to my new the Sims 4 speed build ! Today I am making a bright, one-bedroom, two-story house for a couple without children. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room and toilet. On the second floor there is a bright home office (with a separate entrance) for an interior designer, a bathroom and a bedroom. From the balcony you can go up by spiral stairs to the terrace roof. Outside the house there is a small swimming pool and a place for parking the car. I hope you like it. If so, don't forget to press "Like".
