讨厌跑步!理解跑步!爱上跑步!冲着减脂坚持跑步一段时间后,我工作累了就去跑步,既发泄了压力,睡眠也好了!但一定要注意做好热身,调整好跑步姿势,选择合适的跑鞋,不然膝关节、髋关节、足踝关节都很容易出问题,导致髌骨关节疼痛综合征哦~
