Is Luang Prabang Worth the HYPE? First Impressions of This World Heritage Town in Laos 🇱🇦

Join me as I explore Luang Prabang, a charming World Heritage town! We joined the centuries-old Buddhist ritual of offering food to monks. While beautiful, the commercialization and noise from tourists felt disheartening. A lively and authentic experience followed at the morning market, with fresh produce, unique fruits, and even insects! Skipping the crowded Kuang Si, we found peace and fun at Tat Sae – a true hidden gem.

Luang Prabang is stunning, with its markets, waterfalls, and charm, though my experiences were fixed.
