So we have good news for all of the Dreamers out there that are listening to our podcast and are following us through social media. Starting October 31st, President Joe Biden has decided that the backup program will be in the Federal Register. Now, exactly what does that mean? That such a program will be in the federal Register? Well, that means that the program will be strengthened, meaning that it will not be vulnerable to different lawsuits, that for the past few years it has been a target of this way.

Many of you that perhaps have that power have a friend that has that will know that such program will not go away easily, actually will be now very hard for such a program to be eliminated. So this is some good news. And by the government strengthening this program, then not only it will allow people to actually rely on the program, but it could potentially lead to new applicants to be able to apply for that.
